[Saba Sports News] According to a poll conducted
by a professional F1 media outlet, 55.6% of respondents voted that the Red Bull
RB19 is the best car in F1 history. The poll also revealed that 10.62% of
voters favored the McLaren MP4/4, 17.18% voted for the Mercedes W11, 2.9% for
the Lotus 72, 5.98% for the Williams FW14B, and 6.95% for the Ferrari F2004.
Based on the votes, the Red Bull RB19 is considered by many netizens to be the
greatest car in F1 history. During the 2023 season, the Red Bull RB19 achieved
21 wins out of 22 grand prix races, resulting in a remarkable winning rate of
95.45%. This winning rate surpasses the 15 wins out of 16 races achieved by the
McLaren MP4/4 in the 1988 season (winning rate of 93.75%) and the 13 wins out
of 17 races by the Mercedes W11 in the 2020 season (winning rate of 76.47%).
The Red Bull RB19 demonstrated absolute dominance on the track. However, it
should be noted that the Mercedes W11 still holds the record for the fastest
single lap speed, although this comparison is made under different versions of
the F1 regulations. It is worth mentioning that each team will release their
new F1 cars for the 2024 season in February, marking an exciting time for F1
enthusiasts and fans worldwide.
