[Saba Sports News] The recent round of the Premier
League saw Arsenal secure a 1-0 victory over Manchester City at home, ending
their five-year winless streak against their opponents. Following the match,
Manchester City defender Kyle Walker declined to shake hands with members of
the Arsenal coaching staff, which resulted in an unfriendly reception from
fans. Today, “BBC” reporter Simon Stone revealed the reason behind
Walker’s reluctance to engage in the customary handshake. It was reported that
during the game, Walker had engaged in verbal exchanges with Nicolas Jover, a
member of the Arsenal coaching staff. This led to involvement from players on
both sides as well as other members of the coaching staff, resulting in some
pushing and shoving. Fortunately, the situation did not escalate further.
