Inter, made the decision to terminate the employment of his nanny while she was
hospitalised following a home accident. This incident generated widespread
discussion and controversy. However, the matter eventually led to negotiations
between Lautaro and the nanny regarding compensation. Subsequently, the case
proceeded to court, and recently, there has been a new development. The court
ruled that Lautaro’s dismissal during the nanny’s hospitalization was unlawful.
As a result, Lautaro has been ordered to provide compensation to the nanny, in
addition to covering the legal fees. It has been reported that the nanny has
been dealing with health issues, and while Lautaro had been assisting her
during her illness, her family had been seeking compensation.
