[Saba Sports News] Following the emergence of a
sexual harassment scandal, Christian Horner, the team principal of F1’s Red
Bull Racing, has been temporarily suspended from work, and his reputation has
been significantly affected. Recent media reports indicate that Horner is
scheduled to undergo an internal hearing at Red Bull this upcoming Friday.
While Horner denies all accusations, Red Bull will take further action based on
the outcome of the hearing. This development comes at a critical time as Red
Bull prepares for the 2024 season. The team is set to unveil their new car, the
RB20, on February 15th, and subsequently participate in the Bahrain pre-season
test from February 21st to 23rd. Christian Horner, 50 years old, has been the
team principal of Red Bull Racing since 2005. He has an impressive record of
attending every Grand Prix for the past 19 years, making him the
longest-serving team principal in the paddock. Under his leadership, Red Bull
Racing has achieved 13 world
championships to date. Additionally, Horner was honored to be included in
King Charles of the United Kingdom’s New Year’s Honors list and is set to
receive the Order of the British Empire (MBE) this year. The outcome of the
internal hearing at Red Bull will play a significant role in determining the
future actions and decisions regarding Christian Horner’s position with the
team.
