Sports News] Previously, Juventus young talent Nicolo Fagioli received a
seven-month ban for engaging in football betting. This week, he took part in an
anti-gambling campaign and shared his experiences. Fagioli attended a
promotional event titled “Sports Says No to Gambling” in Condorf,
Turin Province. During the conference, he discussed his situation, stating,
“What led me to start gambling? I believe the main reason was boredom.
Perhaps it was having too much free time, and boredom drove me towards
gambling. That’s how it started, but eventually, it became an addiction.”
Fagioli also advised young people against trying gambling and encouraged them
to pursue their dreams. Despite his suspension, Juventus still allows Fagioli
to participate in full team training. Additionally, since his suspension period
ends on May 19, he theoretically has the opportunity to participate in the
final round of Serie A this season.
