[Saba Sports News] The Premier League encounter, the
Battle of Arsenal and Manchester City, culminated in Arsenal securing a 1-0
win. Interestingly, Arsenal’s standout player, Bukayo Saka, was not included in
the squad. Today, a London sports blogger known as “Team news and
ticks” revealed an intriguing story to fans. It was disclosed that Saka
sustained an injury during the Champions League earlier in the week, yet he
still accompanied the team to the stadium. In a strategic move to confuse their
opponents, Arsenal notified the English Football Association prior to the
match, stating that Saka could potentially make a return but would prefer to
rest during the upcoming national team match day. This decision drew criticism
from English fans, who perceived Arsenal’s actions as self-serving.
Consequently, England expressed a desire to personally assess Saka’s injury and
gain a better understanding of his condition.
