[Saba Sports News] The Chinese national badminton team has recently arrived in Paris, France, ahead of the Olympic Games. In an interview with the media, Chinese badminton player Zheng Siwei made a surprising announcement. He mentioned that this would likely be his last time participating in the Olympics. Zheng Siwei stated, “This Olympics is different from the last one. The previous one didn’t have live audiences, and I didn’t truly experience the stadium atmosphere. This time, I genuinely hope to enjoy the vibrant Olympic stadium. After all, this may be my final Olympics.” Zheng Siwei, 27 years old, began his career in 2013 and quickly rose to fame. He has performed exceptionally well in various badminton competitions, including winning the world championship in 2018 and 2022 in mixed doubles.
