[Saba Sports News] Former Haas F1 Team principal Guenther Steiner, in an interview with the media, discussed the performance of the Red Bull Racing Team in this season’s Formula 1. He believes that the dominance of the Red Bull Racing Team is no longer present, and even went so far as to say that they will not be able to defend their championship this season. These remarks undoubtedly drew attention from the public. During the media interview, Steiner stated, “I will place my hopes on McLaren rather than Red Bull Racing. I believe that McLaren is the most stable team, and their car can adapt to all different circuit layouts.”
Steiner began his career in motorsports in 2001 and transitioned to coaching the Haas F1 Team in 2014, staying with the team until he left in January of this year. However, he is most widely recognized for the documentary series “Drive to Survive,” which he launched in 2018. His colorful language, personality, and some memorable scenes have made him a favorite on social media within the F1 community.
