[Saba Sports News] According to Spanish media, there will be a security team of about 1,900 people for the UEFA Champions League group match between Real Madrid and AC Milan at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. The match has been classified as high-risk by the anti-violence committee, prompting the Madrid government delegation to deploy a security team of approximately 1,900 personnel. This operation will be responsible for monitoring the areas around the stadium to prevent incidents, including national police—intervention units, special cavalry units, and provincial intelligence teams, as well as personnel from the Madrid city police department, mobile units from the Madrid city council, members of the Samur civil protection organization, firefighters, and Red Cross members, along with security and assistant staff from the club itself. The metro service department will also enhance security measures. Approximately 4,000 Italian fans with tickets are expected to attend, while 75,000 seats have been sold at the Bernabeu, ensuring a full house. To expedite security checks, the club has advised all attending fans to arrive early for established security screenings.
