[Saba Sports News] Ng Ka Long Angus, a badminton
player from Hong Kong participating in the French Badminton Open, shared a
social media post about some everyday experiences while being in Paris, France.
He recounted an incident that took place in a laundromat one night. Ng Ka Long
faced difficulties while using an automatic washing machine as the power in the
store unexpectedly went out midway through the cycle. Struggling to retrieve
his clothes, a local resident approached him and offered help. With the
assistance of his foreign friend, Wu Jialang was able to seek assistance and
restore the power. Eventually, he successfully completed his laundry.
Unfortunately, Ng Ka Long was eliminated from the men’s singles round of 16 in
this year’s French Badminton Open, losing to Danish star Anders Antonsen. In
the upcoming All England Championships, Ng Ka Long will face Singapore’s former
world champion Loh Kean Yew in the first round.
