[Saba Sports News] In the seventh round of the Premier
League, Chelsea secured a 2-0 away victory against Fulham, marking a
much-needed league win for the Blues. During the game, Ukrainian winger
Mykhaylo Mudrick scored his first goal for Chelsea, contributing to the team’s
success. Following the match, Mudrick shared an inspiring and interesting
cartoon that he had placed on his shin pads. The cartoon depicted a character
lifting the letter “t” from the word “can’t” off the
ground, and the final image showed the letter “t” being thrown away,
transforming “can’t” into “can.” It was revealed that
Mudrick had been using this method to motivate himself, and his perseverance
paid off with his achievement in the game. Mudrick joined Chelsea from Shakhtar
Donetsk in January 2023 for a transfer fee of 70 million euros, with an
additional 30 million euros in floating bonuses. He signed a lengthy eight-year
contract with the Blues.
