[Saba Sports News] Recently, Brian, the owner of a
specialty store at Miami, was interviewed by reporters regarding the sales
performance of the store since Lionel Messi joined Major League Soccer (MLS).
In the interview, Brian mentioned that the store’s sales have witnessed a
significant surge. Almost all the jerseys of Inter Miami players, except for
Messi’s, are struggling to be sold. Messi’s jersey alone accounts for 90% of
the store’s sales. Brian stated, “The jerseys of other teams in my inventory
are not moving. I can’t sell jerseys of Chelsea, Tottenham, and Liverpool. The
only jerseys that sell are those of Inter Miami and maybe Real Madrid. I have a
large stock, but everything changed when Miami signed Messi.”
