[Saba Sports News] Yesterday, the Malaysian Badminton Association announced a strategic partnership with PEMANDU Associates to help reorganize and transform the Association. The goal is to improve its administration, training, grassroots development, and overall badminton ecosystem, aiming to become one of the top three badminton organizations in the world by the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. At the press conference, the President of the Malaysian Badminton Association and the CEO of PEMANDU Associates explained the reasons for this collaboration and the Association’s long-term goals. PEMANDU Associates, likened to a “corporate doctor,” will diagnose the current state of the Association. This will involve consultations with existing leaders, former management, and past national players to gather insights. Following this, a working seminar will be held to develop a reorganization plan. Despite the Association’s current success, the CEO of PEMANDU Associates emphasized the need to prepare for future challenges and developments.
