[Saba Sports News] LeBron James, the Los Angeles Lakers superstar, recently announced two new colorways for his 21st Nike signature sneaker. With his lifetime contract with Nike, we can expect many more LeBron models in the future, each featuring fresh concepts.
Nike has a lineup of basketball sneakers set to release this holiday season, including both new and retro editions of signature models from players like James, Kevin Durant, and the late Kobe Bryant. Nike also brought back LeBron’s fourth sneaker, the Nike LeBron 4, in a classic colorway. Additionally, they announced two more colorways for his latest model.
The first of these is named “Akoya,” inspired by a unique oyster variety known for its pearls. This shoe draws inspiration from James’ daughter, Zhuri, and mimics the appearance of the oyster’s outer shell. The sneakers feature pearly white uppers with vibrant orange accents on the logos and heel.
The official color code is Light Bone/Campfire Orange-Celestine Blue-Pink Rise-Dark Russet.
These kicks are set to release on September 28, 2023, and will retail for $200, available on the Nike SNKRS app and at Nike retailers. Stay tuned for more sneaker news and releases!
