[Saba Sports News] Los Angeles Clippers star Kawhi Leonard doesn’t seem to hold any grudge against his former teammate, Paul George.
Leonard joined Team USA over the weekend to begin Olympic preparations at the UNLV training facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.
While initially refusing to answer any questions unrelated to Team USA, Leonard later addressed George’s departure to the Philadelphia 76ers. “I don’t have a problem with [Paul George] leaving,” Leonard clarified.
The Clippers signed Leonard to a massive extension in January, but reportedly did not offer a similar deal to George, who chose to test the market.
Leonard also raised concerns at Team USA’s camp regarding his knee injury, as he was seen walking gingerly and using his bag as a crutch upon arrival in Las Vegas.
