[Saba Sports News] India’s External Affairs Minister, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, accompanied by his wife, Kyoko Jaishankar, visited UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and his wife Akshata Murty at 10 Downing Street.
The visit, part of Jaishankar’s five-day official trip to the UK, aimed to extend Diwali greetings on behalf of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. During this meeting, Jaishankar presented Sunak with a Ganesha statue and a cricket bat autographed by Indian cricket star Virat Kohli. Both Jaishankar and the UK PM’s official handles shared photos of the encounter on social media, with warm messages about the strong relationship between India and the UK.
