[Saba Sports News] During the second Test between Australia and Pakistan, Hasan Ali, the 29-year-old Pakistani bowler, provided a humorous highlight. While fielding on the boundary, Ali was spotted signing a fan’s forehead, a moment captured and shared on Instagram by the International Cricket Council (ICC). The post was humorously captioned by the ICC, “Autograph anyone?”
Hasan Ali’s playful behavior has been a notable feature of the Test series. Along with signing autographs, he was seen dancing with fans near the boundary line and playfully dispersing pigeons on the field. Performance-wise, Ali took two wickets in the first innings but didn’t make a mark in the second innings, as Pakistan struggled to gain an upper hand in the match.
The Test series has been challenging for Pakistan, who are trailing behind a dominant Australian team. Under Shan Masood’s leadership, Pakistan suffered a 360-run defeat in the first Test and are under pressure in the second. At the end of Day 2 in the second Test, Australia led by 241 runs, having scored 187 for six wickets.
As Day 3 looms, Pakistan aims to quickly dismiss the remaining Australian batsmen, restrict Australia to a manageable total, and improve their performance in the second innings to level the series.
