This incident caused a stir, and the Korean Badminton Association immediately contacted An Se-young for negotiations. Recently, there has been a new development in this matter. An Se-young updated her social media status, indicating that the matter seems to have come to an end. She wrote, “First of all, I apologize for any harm I may have caused to my teammates during the expression process. Although I have reached a certain level of settlement with the Korean Badminton Association, my determination to change the current situation of Korean badminton has never wavered.” An Se-young has withdrawn from the August Japan Open and Korea Open due to injuries to her ankle and knee, and is currently undergoing rehabilitation training, hoping to fully recover.
