obtained favorable news. Previously facing a lawsuit from the tax bureau for
alleged tax evasion, Alves emerged victorious in the case. The court dismissed
the tax bureau’s claims against him. It was reported that the tax bureau had
uncovered discrepancies in Alves’ payment of personal income tax for the years
2013 and 2014. As a result, they sought to seize 50% of Alves’ assets, totaling
over 2 million euros. However, despite conducting extensive investigations and
evidence collection, the tax bureau failed to present substantial evidence,
leading the court to declare Alves as the winner of the case.
