[Saba Sports News] The Alpine F1 team has
officially revealed its new car, the A524 racing car, for the 2024 season at
its headquarters in Enstone, England. The car’s livery was designed by artist
Felipe Pantone and features a combination of blue, pink, and naked carbon
black. The team has planned to use blue cars in 16 out of the 24 grand prix
races throughout the season. Additionally, to accommodate the main sponsor BWT,
pink paint will be used in 8 races. The A524 racing car has undergone several
technical improvements compared to its predecessor, the 2023 racing car. These
include a redesigned chassis, optimized front suspension, improved front wing
and nose cone, newly designed rear suspension, new side pods and cooling
system, and a new brake cooling system. According to Alpine F1 team executives,
the A524 racing car represents a “completely new concept selected for the
next two seasons,” drawing upon the experience gained from previous
iterations of the car and incorporating innovative solutions.
