[Saba Sports News] According to reports from Italian
media, AC Milan are expected to generate a profit of €6 million in the 2022-23
season. This marks a significant milestone as the club’s last profit was
recorded back in 2006. The AC Milan Club Board of Directors has reportedly
approved the financial report for the 2022-23 season, and it is set to be
ratified at the club’s shareholders meeting scheduled for the end of October.
In the previous season, AC Milan achieved a profit of €6 million, showcasing a
substantial improvement compared to the 2021-22 season when the club incurred a
loss of €66 million. The last time AC Milan reported a profit was in 2006,
amounting to approximately €2.5 million. During the previous season, AC Milan’s
revenue exceeded €400 million, setting a new club record. In contrast, the
revenue for the 2021-22 season was €297 million. This increase in revenue can
be attributed to enhanced commercial sponsorships and the club’s impressive
sporting performance.
