Speaking about life at Chelsea, Cucurellia said: “It changes very quickly and I try to improve myself so that I can do better. We have started to create something important so we need to move on.”
He added: “Sometimes it was difficult, we had our private lives and there were some problems, but now we are doing well. I try to improve myself. I try to improve my confidence.”
Cucurellia also mentioned: “It’s not easy, it’s the most difficult part of football, one day if you don’t play well you think you are the worst player, another day if you play well you may think you are the best.”
“But you need to have a balance where if you lose you are not the worst and if you win you are not the best. Just stay in the middle, focus on what you can improve on and try to build on that and believe in yourself.”
