[Saba Sports News] Media reports indicate that 2025 will be a peak year for LEGO Group’s collaboration with F1, launching multiple new themed sets covering various series such as LEGO City, Duplo, Icons, Super Racing Series, and Technic. It is said that the new sets will resemble the LEGO Racers theme set from 2002, where each character will have an assembled F1 car along with minifigure models and helmets. It is rumored that all current 10 F1 teams will have drivers included, so the number of minifigure models in this series will exceed 10. However, due to difficulties in obtaining licenses for 20 F1 drivers currently, LEGO may opt to create small block car models for each team instead of individual minifigure models for each driver. In recent years, LEGO’s Super Racing Series has launched new products annually around a specific theme. For instance, in 2021, the design team focused on improving tire designs; in 2022, they shifted their focus to headlights, preferring printed pieces over stickers. Fans speculate that by 2025, the design team will focus on providing various tire sizes to comply with new F1 tire regulations.
