[Saba Sports News] Former Haas F1 team principal Gunther Steiner has opened a Family Inn in his hometown called “Steiner Villa.” To attract fans to stay, each guest room is named after an F1 racetrack. The room rates are quite affordable, ranging from approximately 160-180 euros per night. Records show that this guesthouse started operations last April and has maintained a high occupancy rate even during the off-season. Steiner lives next door to the guesthouse and often comes over to chat with guests during his free time. In a recent interview, Steiner promoted the guesthouse to fans, stating that Merano in Italy is his birthplace and hometown—a very beautiful small town where the guesthouse is located in the historical and cultural center. Some fans jokingly remarked that after becoming a guesthouse owner, Steiner continues to play the role of an “English teacher.” During his tenure as Haas F1 team principal, Steiner placed great emphasis on communication between the team and sponsors, often using fluent English to communicate with various parties, earning him the nickname “English teacher.”
