[Saba Sports News] Four years after his standout performance in the Orlando bubble, veteran forward TJ Warren may get another shot in the NBA.
According to Sam Amick, the Sacramento Kings are bringing Warren in for a workout. Warren, 31, is a free agent after playing last season with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Warren made a name for himself in the 2020 bubble with the Indiana Pacers, posting four 30+ point games, including a 53-point explosion against the Philadelphia 76ers.
Though injuries have limited him since then, Warren remains a capable midrange scorer and off-the-ball cutter.
The Kings are looking to bolster their forward depth behind Keegan Murray and newly-acquired DeMar DeRozan, and have recently worked out other combo forwards as well.
