[Saba Sports News] During the Chinese F1 Grand Prix, Lance Stroll was involved in a rear-end collision with Daniel Ricciardo while the safety car was out. Astonishingly, Aston Martin F1 Team principal Mike Krack defended Stroll, claiming that the punishment imposed by the FIA was “too harsh”. In a subsequent interview, Krack admitted that the entire Aston Martin F1 Team project revolves around Stroll. This has led some fans to believe that Stroll is a guaranteed driver on the F1 circuit due to the support of his wealthy father. Lawrence Stroll, owner of the Aston Martin F1 Team, is a fashion tycoon who has invested in renowned clothing brands. After accumulating a fortune of approximately £2 billion in the fashion world, he expanded his investments into racing. Lawrence has financially supported his son’s racing career, including sponsoring his driver’s seat, purchasing a team, and assembling a team of engineers. Notably, Lawrence has recruited former Red Bull Racing aerodynamics department head Fallow and former Mercedes-Benz Racing chief aeronautic scientist Eric Blandin as research and development experts for the team. Lance Stroll’s path to becoming an F1 driver has been paved with the help of his father’s financial backing.
