following misconduct allegations made by a female Red Bull employee against
team principal Christian Horner. After analyzing the evidence and conducting
interviews with key individuals within the team, Horner was cleared of any
wrongdoing prior to the Bahrain Grand Prix, which marked the beginning of the
season. Rumors suggest that there is unease within Red Bull’s Austrian
headquarters regarding this incident. As it has had negative effects on the Red
Bull Racing Team, various media outlets have reported that the team has taken
action against the female employees involved. However, Red Bull Racing has not
yet issued an official statement on the matter. As this is an internal affair,
different reports have emerged regarding the current status of the female Red
Bull employees involved. Some sources claim that the female employee was fired
and is now pursuing labor arbitration, while others state that she has been
suspended with or without pay. Only the Associated Press reported that the
